I work on decentralized multi-agent cooperation and consensus for black-box and non-convex optimization. My research designs distributed algorithms in which agents — from wireless sensors and electric vehicles to (increasingly) LLM-based agents — coordinate through limited local communication to solve problems that no single agent can see or solve alone. I am currently looking for postdoctoral opportunities in Europe.
One macro question drives my work: how should many agents that can only talk to their neighbors jointly optimize a problem they cannot even see in full? Under this thread, I develop theory, algorithms, and applications — each branch feeding the others.
